You also receive 300 complimentary job applications that are sourced and applied for you, along with lifetime access to our Career Growth course and ongoing Slack support.

The goal of Career Bootcamp is to help you stand out in today’s competitive market, position your experience correctly, and follow a clear strategy to generate more interviews and better opportunities. Who is your Career Bootcamp best suited for? What about students/grads?

Career Bootcamp is best suited for junior to mid-level professionals such as analysts, associates, coordinators, engineers, and junior managers (mostly individual contributors) across most corporate role niches. We evaluate every profile individually to ensure the program is a strong fit for your background and goals.

Most Bootcamp clients are currently employed and want a combination of career coaching, strategy, and significant time savings through our Reverse Recruiting support. We also support some unemployed professionals who want structured, hands-on guidance.

Generally, college students and college graduates will not be eligible for our programs because they usually lack years of work experience which would make our reverse recruiting more difficult to provide. However, if you are an MBA or a masters graduate with several years of experience, then you are welcome to apply as you do have some work experience to leverage.

The best way to know if the Bootcamp is right for you is to apply, book a call, speak with a Program Consultant, and get our coaching team to evaluate your profile to see if reverse recruiting is recommended for you. 

What is the pricing model for your Bootcamp? Do you offer payment plans?

The Career Bootcamp follows a performance-aligned pricing model due to the higher level of done-for-you support compared to traditional career coaching programs.

  • $2,500 program fee
  • + 3% post-offer fee on first-year base salary (only if job sourced by us) 
  • Post-offer fees can be initiated anytime before 30 days of start date (1 shot or 3-month installments)

Yes, we offer flexible payment options for both program fees and post-offer fees.

Who are the Career Coaches I will work with? What is their experience?

All of our Career Coaches and Mentors who will be assigned to you are US-based. All of them are certified professionals and experienced resume writers. Our team comes from backgrounds in HR, recruitment, and people operations, so they deeply understand how hiring decisions are made at startups as well as large corporations.

All coaches go through rigorous internal training and follow strict quality assurance standards to ensure consistency and high-quality guidance across every client.

How does the job sourcing, approvals, and sending the job applications work?

We follow an approved-only application process to ensure every role is aligned with your goals.

Our team sources relevant roles daily and tracks them in a live Google Sheet. You review the listings and approve the roles you want us to apply to. If a role isn’t a good fit, you can request revisions and we’ll update the listing within 24 hours.

We only apply to roles you explicitly approve. This ensures your job search stays targeted, aligned, and fully in your control.

Revised or rejected listings do not count toward your application limit. We only count applications that are actually submitted on your behalf.

Will I get the exact same results as some of your testimonials?

You might, and you probably will…but it depends. 

Results usually vary from person to person. This can depend on various factors, including:

  • Profile, Resume, and LinkedIn strength
  • Amount of high quality jobs available per round
  • Job outreach and application quality
  • Amount of competition for those jobs
  • Your interview performance

We set strict eligibility requirements to ensure your profile is a good fit for our Bootcamp. Once you’re accepted, we can control the first 3 elements. The final 2 elements ultimately depend on the market condition as well as your interview performance.

However, we cannot predict exactly how long your search will take, how many offers you’ll receive, or what your total compensation would be, but we can estimate a general idea by setting up a strategy before you join our programs to set expectations.

When can I expect to start seeing some interviews and results?

You will probably see results from the first 50 applications sent -  you will start seeing a few interviews. We just keep repeating the effort and keep the progress going to build a pipeline of interviews. If we were unable to get any interviews within the first 100 applications, we will try to evaluate what can be improved - perhaps the Resume, the role niche targeting, job posting window, and other such parameters to try and improve results.

We also encourage you to apply alongside us so we can evaluate if any of the roles you’re applying for are getting better results and then we can implement the best strategies and keep adapting to improve outcomes & get more interviews.

What am I expected to do after I join your Career Bootcamp program?

Career Bootcamp is designed to be low-effort on your end. Your responsibilities are limited to:

  • Attend and actively participate in the scheduled coaching sessions
  • Share background details when requested so we can optimize your profile
  • Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner
  • Review and approve or revise our sourced roles (around 5 minutes a day)
  • Prepare for interviews using our guidance and show up on time
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and respond promptly to recruiters
  • Send thank-you emails after interviews

Why do you need to qualify or vet profiles? How do I know if I am qualified?

We qualify profiles to make sure career coaching and reverse recruiting actually makes sense for your situation.

Our model focuses on optimizing your profile and applying to real, existing roles on job boards and company career pages. You always approve or revise roles before we apply, since you know best what aligns with your experience and goals. We don’t impose artificial limits or rules on what you can target.

When we assess eligibility, we look at a few key factors:

  • Relevant experience in a clear role niche
  • Consistency and years of experience in that role
  • Availability of roles based on location and market demand
  • Realistic and commonly available salary ranges
  • Overall supply of opportunities for that role niche

Since our Bootcamp program includes career coaching and reverse recruiting, it is ideal if there’s a healthy volume of roles you could realistically apply to yourself, but don’t have the time or structure to pursue at scale.
