How does your B2B outplacement services work?

Our outplacement process is simple and structured:

We start with a short consultation call to understand your company’s situation, the number of impacted employees, role types, timelines, and level of support required. Based on this, we share a customized proposal aligned with your needs.

Once approved, you simply provide the employee email list, and we handle the rest. Our team onboards each employee directly, delivers 1-on-1 coaching, profile optimization, job search strategy, and ongoing support to help them secure their next role.

Throughout the engagement, you receive company-level status reports showing participation and progress for each employee, giving HR and leadership full visibility into outcomes.

This allows your team to support employees during transitions without adding operational burden to HR.

What types of companies usually partner with you for outplacement needs?

We typically partner with mid-size to large companies, especially venture-funded and tech or software businesses, that experience restructuring, layoffs, or workforce transitions multiple times a year.

What are your costs and pricing for outplacement services?

We use a transparent per-employee pricing model with two packages, Standard and Premium, and each package has two tiers based on experience level.

Standard Package

  • Entry to Lower Mid (0-8 years): $1,000 per employee
  • Upper Mid to Senior (8+ years): $1,800 per employee

Premium Package

  • Entry to Lower Mid (0-8 years): $3,000 per employee
  • Upper Mid to Senior (8+ years): $4,500 per employee

Both packages are designed to support smooth transitions, with Premium offering deeper, higher-touch support for faster outcomes and more implementation included. 

If you’re laying off a mixed group, we can recommend the right tier per employee and structure a blended rollout if needed.

What is the difference between your standard vs premium outplacement services?

The main difference between Standard and Premium outplacement is the level of hands-on support provided to the employee.

Standard Outplacement is a coaching-led model. Employees receive 1-on-1 career coaching, profile optimization, interview preparation, and access to career growth resources. We guide them step by step, but the employee is responsible for implementing the advice and managing their own job applications.

Premium Outplacement is a higher-touch, more done-for-you model. In addition to everything included in Standard, employees receive an extra coaching session and up to 300 job applications handled for them. This allows employees to move faster, reduce effort, and focus on interviews while still following guidance and staying engaged in the process.

Both options are effective. Premium is ideal when speed, reduced employee burden, and higher support are priorities.

Can you handle one off outplacement as well as enterprise-level outplacement?

Yes. We support outplacement programs of all sizes.

We regularly handle one-off or small group outplacement for individual employees or teams, as well as large-scale engagements involving 50 to 100+ employees during broader workforce transitions.

We’ve partnered with a wide range of organizations, from startups and growing agencies to mid-size and larger corporations, and our process is built to scale based on volume, role mix, and timeline.

Whether you need support for one employee or an entire department, we can structure the right outplacement solution.

Do you also offer executive level outplacement?

Yes, we do.

We provide executive-level outplacement for senior leaders, including Directors, VPs, and other executive roles. This includes personalized coaching, senior-level positioning, profile optimization, interview preparation, and ongoing support tailored to leadership transitions.

Executive outplacement programs are structured based on scope, seniority, and timelines, and can be delivered as standalone engagements or as part of a broader outplacement initiative.

Note: For SVP, GVP, RVP, and C-suite level roles, we do not provide the premium package due to a lack of job supply for roles that are senior as they are mainly recruited through headhunters. However, we can provide the standard package for them to help them with coaching support and profile branding that can attract these headhunters in the first place.
