Reverse Recruiting is a B2C model where agencies like us work with clients like yourselves and provide you with career coaching, work on your Resume/LinkedIn, then apply to jobs on your behalf, get your interviews, and provide you ongoing support. For e.g. if you’re burnt out at work and want to look for a new product marketing role, you can hire us to revamp your profile and apply on your behalf and coach you. You are our client. We represent you. 

Traditional Recruiting is a B2B model where companies hire recruitment agencies to find candidates to fill up a specific role that they have. For e.g. if a company wants to fill up a product marketing role, the agency recruiter will find 20-25 profiles on LinkedIn then message them and then they will hire 1 person out of that. They do not represent the candidates. They represent the companies only. At WeAreCareer, we have 3 Reverse Recruiting services: Accelerator, Exec+, and Bootcamp.

Note: Our Career Coaching Services are the same as our Reverse Recruiting Services. We combined both into a hybrid model where we coach you + help you apply to jobs on your behalf.

Career Exec+: suitable for Senior Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, VPs only + they also need to be qualified by our coaching team.

Career Bootcamp: suitable for junior to lower-mid level talent such as analysts, associates, IC engineers, team leads, and managers + they also need to be qualified by our coaching team.

Note: We do not typically help fresh graduates with less than 2 years of experience or C-suite level talent, but we encourage you to apply and book a call for a consultation to see if you are qualified.

Career Accelerator

While we don’t guarantee specific timelines or outcomes in the Bootcamp or Exec+ programs, as they are coaching-first programs with done-for-you support, we still do offer a Job Support Guarantee.

Every Bootcamp and Exec+ client receives their 300 applications + ongoing support and continues to get guidance from our mentors until they land their next role. The only variable is when they receive an offer, not if. So naturally, the success rate has been 100%.

What guarantees do you have for your 3 Reverse Recruiting services?

Career Accelerator

Interview Guarantee: 

  • We guarantee a minimum of 10 interview results within the first 450 job applications. If this isn’t met, we continue applying for an additional 300 jobs (up to 750 total) at no extra cost.
  • If the interview guarantee is met but you don’t secure an offer, we continue applying (up to 750 total) to give you additional opportunities.

Refund + Extended Support Guarantee:

  • If we still fail to reach 10 interviews after 750 applications, you receive a 100% refund.

Career Bootcamp & Career Exec+

These 2 programs come with a Job Support Guarantee. While we don’t guarantee a specific number of interviews or a fixed timeline, we guarantee ongoing coaching, guidance, and support. Clients continue to receive help and Slack support until they land their next role. The program is coaching-first and built on joint effort, so the only variable is when you get hired, not if.

How do you qualify if we are eligible for your Reverse Recruiting services?

We qualify profiles to make sure Reverse Recruiting actually makes sense for your situation.

Our model focuses on optimizing your profile and applying to real, existing roles on job boards and company career pages. You always approve or revise roles before we apply, since you know best what aligns with your experience and goals. We don’t impose artificial limits or rules on what you can target.

When we assess eligibility, we look at a few key factors:

  • Relevant experience in a clear role niche
  • Consistency and years of experience in that role
  • Availability of roles based on location and market demand
  • Realistic and commonly available salary ranges
  • Overall supply of opportunities for that role niche

Reverse Recruiting works best when there’s a healthy volume of roles you could realistically apply to yourself, but don’t have the time or structure to pursue at scale.

If someone has very limited experience, highly inconsistent background, extremely restrictive requirements, unrealistic salary expectations, or is already in the top 1% of earners for a niche with very few openings, high-volume Reverse Recruiting may not be the right fit.
