How does your B2B Outsourced Recruitment Services work?

We focus on 2 role niches only:

What types of companies usually partner with you for recruitment needs?

In the B2B recruitment service, we will assign you a 1-1 account manager who will be your main point of contract, share updates, and manage your projects.

Once you provide your AM with a set no. of candidates and JDs to hire for, they will assign it to a 1-1 recruiter from our team to work on your search who will source, screen, and evaluate target candidates for you.

The recruiter will post jobs, perform outbound prospecting, and tap into our candidate network to bring you the best talent relevant for your company’s specific needs.

You can decide if you want to hire candidates on a full-time, contract, or an embedded basis.

How does your embedded pricing model work? Do we pay anything upfront?

In the B2B outplacement, you basically get a dedicated 1-1 account manager who will handle your needs, communicate updates, and coordinate all processes.

Once you give us a no. of candidates for us to work with, your 1-1 account manager will assign each candidate with their own dedicated 1-1 career mentor who will work on their Resume, LinkedIn, provide career coaching & interview prep sessions, and support them until they land their next role.

We will have a shared datasheet tracker to show you all the updates for all candidates receiving outplacement from us on behalf of your company.

Can you handle one off recruiting as well as enterprise-level recruiting?

We typically work with technology companies, ranging from SMB (growing startups) to mid-market companies (established technology companies). Some of our clients include Shopify, Softbank (multiple portfolio ventures), and Revolut.

Do you also offer executive level recruitment services?

For the recruitment:
- For full-time roles, if the candidate we recruited doesn’t perform within KPIs in 3 months, we will replace another candidate at 0 cost

- For short term contract roles (less than 6 months), if the candidate doesn’t perform within KPIs, we will replace them for you within 2 weeks.

For outplacement:
- We provide 1-1 career coaching and ongoing support for your laid/off transitioning employee until they find their next role. So, even after delivering the coaching sessions and documents, we will maintain communication & support with them until they land their next job.

Yes. You will get a dedicated account manager to represent your company specifically who will handle all your recruitment and outplacement needs.

Do we get a dedicated account manager or point of contact?

If you’re a company that is looking to hire a candidate for a full-time role that has previously been contracted through our agency to one of our client organizations, we will provide the verification letter and employment details. Your HR team or background checking service provider can follow the below process:

1) Reach out to our HR Admin team at admin@wearecareer.com or call +1 (646) 312 8971 to verify their contracted employment tenure at our partner organization.

2) We will provide a detailed verification letter outlining employment details including: Role name, partner organization, date of employment, contract length, location, and performance review.

Do you offer full-time, part-time, or contract options for recruitment?

Yes, for the recruitment side we can source and place full-time, part-time, or contract staff for your company.

Full-time and part-time staff (W2) are direct hires and we take a 15% commission on their base salary.

For contracted employees (1099), they are hired by us and embedded within your company under an NDA to ensure maximum confidentiality, privacy, and autonomy.
