Enterprise teams usually have their own group of specialized recruiters who manage full-cycle recruitment. 

How does your embedded pricing model work? Do we pay anything upfront?

Our embedded model is flexible and scoped based on your needs. Pricing is fixed at 10% per junior-mid-level employee and 13% for upper mid-level and senior level professionals. 

Nothing is paid upfront and we don't charge monthly retainers. We work on a per-hire basis only.

Can you handle one off recruiting as well as enterprise-level recruiting?

Yes. We support one-off hires, small hiring sprints, and larger-scale recruiting needs, depending on scope and timelines.

However, most of our client organizations are usually SMEs and medium sized companies ranging from 50-300 employees. 

Do you also offer executive level recruitment services?

Yes. We support senior and executive-level hiring on a selective, case-by-case basis depending on role requirements and search scope.

Do we get a dedicated account manager or point of contact?

Yes. You’ll have a single point of contact to manage communication, coordination, progress updates, and any issues.

Do you offer full-time, part-time, or contract options for recruitment?

We only focus on full-time hires and contract hiring for minimum 12-month contract hires.

We do not support part-time or short contract recruiting.
