Yes, your Resume/CV can usually target different industries if the role niche is similar.

For example, an Account Executive can apply to SaaS, fintech, HR tech, healthcare tech, or cybersecurity companies because the role niche is still sales.

It becomes harder when you target completely different roles. For example, Account Executive, Product Manager, and Customer Success Manager are different enough that your positioning may become too broad. So for those, each role niche would have its own slightly adjusted, tailored Resume to that specific role niche.

Our reverse recruiting programs have stricter qualification requirements because they include job applications done for you element to it which for certain profiles it may not make the most sense logistics wise. 

You may not qualify if your role niche has low job supply, your location is too restrictive, your target salary has low role supply, you don’t have US work authorization, or the market does not have enough suitable roles we can apply to at scale.

This does not mean your profile is bad.

It simply means our job application support  may not be the right fit for your situation.

Yes, in many cases it can still be very worth it.

Being disqualified from reverse recruiting usually means we think that the job application support is not the best fit for your market, role niche, location, or salary goals.
