For Resume Services, exact terms may be described on the checkout page, product page, invoice, order details, and these Terms.
8. Separate Agreements, Checkout Terms, and Orders
Some WeAreCareer services are governed by separate written agreements, signed contracts, proposals, invoices, order forms, statements of work, or checkout terms.
For Resume Services, the checkout page, product page, order details, invoice, and these Terms help define the service purchased.
For Career Accelerator, Career Exec+, Career Bootcamp, Career Branding, B2B Outplacement, or other higher-touch services, the signed agreement or program-specific contract will describe the key commercial terms, deliverables, guarantees, refund provisions, post-offer fee rules, and program-specific obligations.
Invoices, proposals, order forms, checkout pages, signed agreements, and program-specific documents may form part of the overall agreement between you and WeAreCareer.
9. Acceptance of Terms

Using the WeAreCareer App after receiving access also constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
10. Qualification, Enrollment, and Program Fit
Submitting an application, booking a call, speaking with a Program Consultant, completing a form, or making an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into a WeAreCareer program.
We may approve, reject, disqualify, or recommend a different service based on our internal evaluation of factors such as:
- Profile fit
- Career background
- Role niche
- Years of experience
- Market demand
- Role availability
- Salary expectations
- Location flexibility
- Work authorization
- Client goals
- Program suitability
- Internal capacity
- Expectations and alignment
Qualification decisions are based on WeAreCareer’s internal judgment and are not required to be disclosed in detail.
We may refuse service, recommend a lower or different service, or cancel enrollment if we determine that a person is not a good fit for a particular program.
If a client provides false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information during qualification, onboarding, sales, or service delivery, WeAreCareer may cancel, pause, modify, or refuse services without refund, or may provide a partial resolution only where appropriate.
We may reassess strategy after onboarding if market conditions, role supply, salary goals, profile fit, location requirements, or other information differs from what was expected.
11. Pricing and Payment
Prices for WeAreCareer services may be shown on the relevant website page, checkout page, invoice, payment link, proposal, service agreement, or signed contract.
Prices may change at any time before purchase, enrollment, or signed agreement.
Discounts, promotions, scholarships, special offers, or custom payment arrangements are discretionary and may not be available to all users.
Program fees, service fees, taxes, processor fees, financing fees, third-party fees, and other applicable costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
We may accept payment through Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay, bank transfer, invoice, manual payment, or other payment methods.
Third-party financing options such as Klarna, Afterpay, or similar providers are subject to those providers’ own terms, approval process, fees, repayment rules, late fees, and policies. WeAreCareer is not responsible for any financing approval, denial, interest, fees, late fees, repayment schedule, or financing decision made by a third-party provider.
12. Program Fees and Service Capacity
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, invoice, checkout page, or written terms, program fees and service fees may cover items such as:
- Onboarding
- Account setup
- Team allocation
- Internal capacity reservation
- Service planning
- Coaching
- Profile review
- Resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn work
- Job search strategy
- Application support
- Resources
- Career course access
- App access
- Client communication
- Service delivery and operational support
For high-touch programs, payment may reserve capacity, team time, and internal resources.
Failure to pay amounts owed may result in service pause, delayed deliverables, restricted app access, collections activity, or other remedies available to WeAreCareer.
13. Failed Payments and Unpaid Balances
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or remains unpaid, WeAreCareer may, where authorized and permitted by law:
- Retry the payment
- Charge a saved payment method
- Pause services
- Delay deliverables
- Restrict app access
- Suspend access to communication channels
- Withhold additional work until payment is resolved
- Pursue unpaid balances
- Recover chargeback fees, collection costs, legal fees, or related recovery costs where permitted
Unpaid balances remain owed even if services are paused, restricted, delayed, or suspended.
14. Post-Offer Fees
Some WeAreCareer programs may include post-offer fees, success fees, placement-related fees, or similar compensation structures.
Any applicable post-offer fee rules, percentages, timing, exclusions, and payment mechanics are generally described in the applicable signed agreement or program-specific contract.
Where applicable, clients may be required to provide accurate information about:
- Interviews
- Job offers
- Accepted offers
- Offer letters
- Compensation
- First-year base salary
- Start date
- Employer name
- Role title
- Any other details needed to calculate or administer post-offer fees
For programs where post-offer fees apply, clients must promptly notify WeAreCareer of relevant interviews, offers, accepted offers, rejected offers, start dates, and compensation details.
If a client fails to report a qualifying offer or does not provide required compensation information, WeAreCareer may invoice based on the best available information, subject to the applicable agreement.
For Exec+ and Bootcamp, post-offer fee applicability is governed by the applicable signed agreement. In general, self-applied roles, referrals, or offers from the client’s fully independent channels may be treated differently from roles that WeAreCareer applied to, sourced, supported, or materially contributed to, depending on the applicable agreement.
If a client receives an offer from a company where WeAreCareer applied, supported, sourced, or contributed to the opportunity, the applicable signed agreement will determine whether a post-offer fee applies, including if the final offer is for a different role at the same company.
Attempting to avoid, conceal, misrepresent, or evade post-offer fees is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension, legal action, collection activity, or enforcement of the applicable agreement.
15. Refunds, Cancellations, and Credits
Refund terms vary by service and may be governed by the applicable signed agreement, contract, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or program-specific policy.
15.1 Resume Services
Resume Services are generally non-refundable after purchase, payment, or once work has started.
Resume Services may include revision support within the scope of the original order. Revisions do not include unlimited changes outside the original scope, complete career direction changes, new target roles not originally purchased, new documents not included in the order, or excessive, unreasonable, or abusive revision requests.
15.2 Career Branding
Career Branding refund, cancellation, guarantee, and service terms may be governed by the applicable Career Branding agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, Career Branding fees are generally non-refundable once purchased, paid, or started.
If a Career Branding guarantee applies, the remedy may be a free rewrite only, not a refund, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.
15.3 Career Accelerator, Exec+, Bootcamp, and Outplacement
Career Accelerator, Career Exec+, Career Bootcamp, and Outplacement refund, cancellation, guarantee, service, and post-offer fee terms are generally governed by their applicable signed agreements, contracts, proposals, invoices, statements of work, or program-specific documents.
The public Terms do not replace the program-specific terms.
Early program cancellation, partial refunds, credits, or service resolutions may be addressed in the applicable agreement. WeAreCareer may consider factors such as work already completed, deliverables started, capacity reserved, team costs incurred, onboarding completed, and the stage of the program.
15.4 Dissatisfaction Alone
Dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify a client for a refund if WeAreCareer has delivered services within the applicable scope.
Change of mind, finding a job, no longer needing the service, being too busy, personal circumstances, or choosing not to continue participating do not automatically create a refund right.
15.5 Discretionary Resolutions
WeAreCareer may, at its discretion, offer partial refunds, partial credits, extensions, additional support, replacement team members, or other resolutions in appropriate cases.
Offering a discretionary resolution in one case does not create an obligation to offer the same or similar resolution in another case.
16. Resume and Career Branding Rewrite Guarantee
Certain Resume Services or Career Branding purchases may include a free rewrite guarantee.
If such a guarantee applies, the client may be eligible for a free rewrite if they do not receive improved interview results after the applicable waiting period and can show reasonable proof of relevant job applications and job search activity.
The free rewrite is the sole remedy under this guarantee and does not entitle the client to a refund.
The rewrite must remain within the original target role, original service scope, and original purchase category unless WeAreCareer agrees otherwise.
17. Program Guarantees and Results
Some programs may include specific guarantees only when expressly stated in a signed agreement or program-specific contract.
The Career Accelerator may include an interview-based guarantee only where expressly stated in the signed Accelerator agreement. Any refund, extended support, additional applications, or guarantee eligibility depends on the terms and conditions of that agreement.
Guarantee eligibility may require client cooperation, timely communication, accurate information, completion of required forms, participation in coaching, attendance at interviews, reasonable engagement, preparation for interviews, and following the agreed process.
Clients may lose guarantee eligibility if they materially fail to participate, provide inaccurate information, reject reasonable opportunities, delay required cooperation, miss interviews without prior notice, materially change goals, accept a job, pause indefinitely, start a business, stay internal, voluntarily stop participating, or otherwise prevent WeAreCareer from delivering the service.
WeAreCareer does not guarantee:
- Job offers
- Salary increases
- Employment
- Promotions
- Visa approval
- Work authorization approval
- Recruiter responses
- Employer responses
- Interview performance
- Offer compensation
- Specific timelines
- Specific number of interviews unless expressly stated in a signed agreement
- Any result not expressly guaranteed in writing
Outcomes depend on factors outside WeAreCareer’s control, including profile strength, market conditions, employer decisions, role supply, competition, salary expectations, location flexibility, client responsiveness, interview performance, hiring freezes, ATS systems, recruiter behavior, and macroeconomic conditions.
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, examples, and client stories are illustrative only and do not promise future results.
18. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful, complete, and current information
- Completing onboarding forms, Typeforms, questionnaires, and required materials
- Providing resumes, LinkedIn information, work history, salary goals, job preferences, and other requested information
- Being truthful in all resumes, applications, interviews, forms, and communications
- Not asking WeAreCareer to submit false, misleading, exaggerated, or unethical information
- Attending scheduled coaching calls and interviews
- Preparing for interviews

- Notifying WeAreCareer of relevant offers, compensation, and start dates where applicable
- Ensuring they are legally authorized to apply for and work in roles they approve
- Keeping account credentials secure
- Not sharing app login access
- Communicating respectfully with team members
- Not abusing live chat, email, SMS, Slack, or other support channels
- Using WeAreCareer resources, course content, and materials only as permitted
- Following the applicable signed agreement, checkout terms, and program process
Clients are responsible for their own interview performance, employer communications, employment decisions, job acceptance decisions, and final career decisions.
WeAreCareer may refuse to submit materials, applications, statements, or claims that appear false, misleading, exaggerated, unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with platform rules.
19. Job Applications and Employer Platforms
For services involving job sourcing, job applications, or reverse recruiting, WeAreCareer may help identify roles, prepare materials, submit applications, track opportunities, and support communication.
Submitted applications may be final and may not always be editable, reversible, or withdrawable after submission.
WeAreCareer may skip roles that require:
- Social Security numbers
- Payment to apply
- Suspicious or unsafe information
- Unreasonable sensitive information
- Misleading representations
- Scam-like requirements
- Expired or duplicate postings
- Low-quality or irrelevant listings
- Any requirement WeAreCareer considers inappropriate, unsafe, or unreasonable
Employers, job boards, recruiters, hiring managers, applicant tracking systems, and third-party platforms control their own processes.
WeAreCareer is not responsible for:
- Employer decisions
- Recruiter behavior
- ATS behavior
- Job board errors
- Job post changes
- Expired roles
- Hiring freezes
- Application portal outages
- Delayed responses
- Rejections
- Compensation decisions
- Interview decisions
- Offer decisions
Job post availability can change quickly, and expired or changed roles are outside WeAreCareer’s control.
20. Email Accounts, Outreach, and Deliverability
Some programs may include email outreach, recruiter outreach, hiring manager outreach, or related visibility support.
For Career Accelerator clients, WeAreCareer may create or manage dedicated domain or email account setups as part of the service process.
For Exec+ and Bootcamp clients, clients typically create their own dedicated Gmail account for application support, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may need to provide OTP, security access, or account verification support when required for setup or access.
Email outreach may be included only in certain programs and only where described in the applicable agreement or service scope.
Outreach contacts may include recruiters, hiring managers, talent teams, or relevant company contacts.
WeAreCareer may control and adjust outreach strategy, outreach systems, templates, timing, volume, sequencing, and workflows based on service strategy, deliverability considerations, and operational judgment.
Clients may not change, interfere with, disrupt, or override outreach systems, settings, accounts, domains, templates, or campaigns without WeAreCareer’s approval.
Outreach is not guaranteed to produce replies, interviews, referrals, offers, or any specific result unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
21. LinkedIn and Manual Profile Work
Some services may include LinkedIn profile optimization, either through a guide-based process or manual profile support.
Manual LinkedIn profile optimization may require client authorization, login access, verification, or cooperation.
LinkedIn and other third-party platforms may impose security checks, locks, restrictions, account reviews, verification requests, or other limitations outside WeAreCareer’s control.
WeAreCareer is not responsible for LinkedIn or third-party platform restrictions, locks, verification requirements, delays, or policy changes unless caused by WeAreCareer’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Where available, clients may choose guide-only LinkedIn optimization instead of manual login support.
22. WeAreCareer App Access
The WeAreCareer App is used for service delivery, communication, onboarding, live chat, dashboards, resources, career course access, client information, file sharing, and operational support.
App access is provided as part of service delivery and support. The app is a delivery and communication tool, not necessarily the standalone product being purchased.
WeAreCareer may update, modify, replace, suspend, migrate, or discontinue app features, menus, dashboards, resources, workflows, or functionality at any time.
App access may be restricted or suspended due to:
- Non-payment
- Security concerns
- Abuse
- Inactivity
- Terms violations
- Program completion
- Misuse of resources
- Technical issues
- Platform migration
- Internal operational changes
Push notifications, email notifications, message alerts, and app notifications may not always be delivered instantly, accurately, or perfectly.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under their account.
23. Course, Resources, Lifetime Access, and Support Access
All programs may include access to the career course and resources, depending on the service purchased.
Where lifetime access is offered, “lifetime access” means access for as long as WeAreCareer continues to operate, maintain, or provide the relevant course or resource platform, subject to these Terms, account compliance, technical availability, and platform changes.
WeAreCareer may migrate course content, resources, files, or materials to another platform without breaching these Terms.
Career course access and resource access are separate from live chat or support access.
Live chat and support access may vary by program. Certain programs may provide live chat or support until placement, while others may provide support only during active service delivery or for a fixed period, depending on the purchased service or applicable agreement.
After service delivery is complete, WeAreCareer may reduce app access to course and resource access only, including removing or disabling live chat functionality.
WeAreCareer may disable inactive accounts after one year or more of inactivity, or earlier where required for security, legal, operational, or platform reasons.
24. Intellectual Property
All WeAreCareer content, materials, tools, frameworks, resources, templates, worksheets, guides, course videos, scripts, documents, software, app content, dashboards, designs, branding, processes, systems, and training materials are owned by WeAreCareer or its licensors.
Clients and users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use WeAreCareer materials only for their own career development, job search, internal use, or service participation.
Users may not:
- Copy, resell, license, distribute, publish, upload, or share WeAreCareer materials

Publicly available website content may be shared only in a lawful and reasonable manner that does not misrepresent ownership, copy our business, violate intellectual property rights, or misuse our brand.
WeAreCareer may revoke access to resources, course content, app features, or services if materials are misused.
25. User Content and Client Materials
Users may submit resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn information, work history, forms, uploads, voice messages, chat messages, documents, screenshots, testimonials, feedback, job preferences, and other materials.
You grant WeAreCareer a limited license to use the content you submit only as reasonably needed to:
- Provide services

- Communicate with you
- Deliver coaching and support
- Manage client operations
- Improve internal processes
- Provide quality assurance
- Maintain records
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce agreements
- Protect rights and security
WeAreCareer will not use identifiable client content in public testimonials, case studies, marketing, or public examples without consent.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit is accurate and that they have the right to provide it.
26. Testimonials, Case Studies, and Anonymized Examples
WeAreCareer may collect or publish reviews, testimonials, case studies, screenshots of wins, salary outcomes, interview results, or other success-related materials.
Identifiable testimonials, case studies, salary outcomes, LinkedIn profiles, full names, screenshots, or public success stories require client consent.
WeAreCareer may use first name and last initial where the client consents.
WeAreCareer may use anonymized examples for internal training, quality assurance, education, marketing, or general illustration, provided the client is not reasonably identifiable.
Resume or LinkedIn examples used publicly are anonymized unless the client gives express permission.
27. AI-Assisted and Software Tools
WeAreCareer may use software tools and AI-assisted tools for limited internal operational support, quality assurance, research, workflow assistance, summarization, drafting support, and service administration.
Core client-facing resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile work is reviewed and delivered by human team members.
We may use third-party tools to support service delivery, internal operations, app functionality, customer communication, payment processing, analytics, and workflow management.
28. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
WeAreCareer may use third-party tools and platforms to operate the website, app, payments, forms, analytics, communication, service delivery, job applications, outreach, support, and client operations.
These may include tools such as Supabase, Lovable, Shopify, Stripe, Typeform, Resend, OneSignal, Google Workspace, Slack, SmartLead, Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, Close, ClickUp, Judge.me, Trustpilot, app stores, job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn, Gmail, and other tools.
Third-party websites, tools, job boards, app stores, payment processors, communication platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other providers have their own terms, privacy policies, security rules, and operational practices.
WeAreCareer is not responsible for third-party outages, bugs, policy changes, platform restrictions, account locks, verification requirements, payment processor issues, app store rules, ATS errors, job board errors, or interruptions caused by third-party services.

- Zoom
- Phone
- Typeform

Delays in client responses may delay service delivery, timelines, results, or the ability to perform services.
30. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Share app accounts or login credentials
- Harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, or disrespect WeAreCareer team members
- Misuse live chat, support channels, or communication tools

- Violate laws, regulations, or platform rules
- Use the services for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unethical purposes
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension, termination, restricted access, removal from the app, refusal of service, loss of access to resources, and no refund.
31. Service Changes, Substitutions, and Availability
WeAreCareer may update, modify, improve, replace, pause, or discontinue parts of its services, app features, tools, workflows, resources, dashboards, or delivery methods.
WeAreCareer may substitute team members, coaches, advisors, CSMs, agents, contractors, tools, workflows, or service methods as needed.
Clients may request a different team member if there is a serious issue, but WeAreCareer has final discretion over team assignments.
Changing a team member does not automatically create a refund right.
WeAreCareer may pause or adjust services due to market conditions, technical issues, third-party outages, client delays, non-payment, security concerns, force majeure, or internal operational needs.
32. Pausing Services and Inactivity
Services may be paused in certain circumstances, including personal client circumstances, delayed responses, missing information, non-payment, technical issues, or other practical reasons.
For Career Accelerator, Exec+, Bootcamp, Career Branding, Outplacement, and similar programs, pause rights and processes may be governed by the applicable agreement.
If a client becomes unresponsive, WeAreCareer may mark the service as paused until the client resumes engagement.
Paused services do not automatically create a refund right.
33. No Legal, Immigration, Financial, Medical, or Employment Law Advice
WeAreCareer provides career coaching, educational guidance, job search support, profile optimization, reverse recruiting support, and related career services.
We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, mental health, or employment law advice.
Any career guidance, salary guidance, negotiation support, job search strategy, or educational content is general and advisory in nature.
You should consult qualified professionals for legal, immigration, tax, financial, employment law, medical, mental health, or similar professional matters.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
36. Indemnification

37. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact WeAreCareer first and attempt a good-faith resolution before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.
Clients must allow WeAreCareer a reasonable good-faith resolution window, generally 14 to 21 days, to review and respond to payment disputes or refund concerns.
Bad-faith, unauthorized, or improper chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate service suspension
- App access restriction
- Pause of deliverables
- Collection activity
- Recovery of chargeback fees
- Recovery of legal fees and collection costs where permitted
- Enforcement of unpaid balances and applicable agreements
Filing a chargeback does not cancel unpaid obligations, post-offer fee obligations, signed agreements, or other payment obligations.
38. Suspension and Termination
WeAreCareer may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, app, services, resources, course content, live chat, or communication channels if a user:

Termination or suspension does not remove unpaid payment obligations, post-offer fee obligations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property restrictions, dispute obligations, or provisions intended to survive termination.
39. B2B Outplacement
B2B outplacement services may be governed by a separate employer agreement, proposal, invoice, master services agreement, statement of work, or similar written arrangement.
Employer clients are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to provide participant information to WeAreCareer.
Outplacement participants may also be subject to these Terms when using the WeAreCareer App, course, resources, live chat, forms, or services.
WeAreCareer does not guarantee that every outplacement participant will obtain a job, interview, salary increase, or specific employment outcome.
40. App Store Terms

Apple, Google, and other app store providers are not responsible for WeAreCareer services, career outcomes, payments, support, content, or service delivery.
