5. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase services, access paid services, use the WeAreCareer App, or participate in WeAreCareer programs.
Our website, app, and services are intended for professionals, job seekers, career clients, employer contacts, business users, team members, contractors, and authorized platform users. They are not intended for children.
6. Registration and Account Security

- Attempt to avoid fees, payment obligations, or post-offer fees
- File bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes
- Violate third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable laws
- Use the website, app, platform, or services in a way that damages WeAreCareer, its users, its team, systems, its reputation, or its service delivery
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension, termination, restricted access, refusal of service, removal of content, loss of access to resources, and no refund.

You may submit, upload, send, post, or make available information and materials through the website, app, forms, live chat, file uploads, voice messages, support channels, or services (“User Content”).

WeAreCareer will not use identifiable client materials in public testimonials, case studies, marketing, or public examples without consent.

- Is abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objection
- Violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights
- Contains malware, viruses, harmful code, or malicious links
- Contains unlawful, explicit, violent, or exploitative material
- Encourages illegal activity
- Misrepresents your identity, background, credentials, work authorization, salary, experience, education qualifications
- Violates employer, platform, job board, ATS, or third-party rules
- Could harm WeAreCareer, another user, an employer, a recruiter, or a third party
We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict, or refuse any User Content that violates these Terms of Use, our Terms of Service, a signed agreement, applicable law, or platform rules.
12. Monitoring, Moderation, and Account Enforcement
We are not required to monitor all User Content, messages, files, or app activity. However, we may review, monitor, record, or moderate interactions and materials where reasonably necessary to:
- Provide services
- Manage support
- Investigate issues
- Enforce these Terms
- Protect users and team members
- Maintain security
- Prevent fraud or abuse
- Comply with legal obligations

- Recruiter responses
- Employer responses

- Offer compensation
- Specific timelines
- Any specific career result unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement
Outcomes depend on factors outside WeAreCareer’s control, including profile strength, job market conditions, employer decisions, role supply, competition, salary expectations, location flexibility, work authorization, client responsiveness, interview performance, recruiter behavior, ATS systems, job boards, and economic conditions.
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, examples, and client stories are illustrative only and are not promises of future results.
15. Job Applications, Employers, and Third-Party Career Platforms
For services involving job sourcing, job applications, outreach, or reverse recruiting, WeAreCareer may help clients prepare materials, identify roles, submit applications, track opportunities, and support communication.
Employers, recruiters, hiring managers, job boards, company career portals, ATS systems, and third-party platforms control their own processes.
WeAreCareer is not responsible for:
- Employer decisions
- Recruiter behavior
- ATS behavior
- Job board errors
- Job post changes
- Expired roles
- Hiring freezes
- Application portal outages
- Delayed responses
- Rejections
- Compensation decisions
- Interview decisions
- Offer decisions
Submitted applications may be final and may not always be editable, reversible, or withdrawable after submission.
WeAreCareer may skip roles or application requirements that appear suspicious, unsafe, misleading, expired, duplicate, irrelevant, low-quality, or that request inappropriate sensitive information, payment, Social Security numbers, or unreasonable information.
16. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Services
The website, app, resources, emails, services, and communications may contain links to third-party websites, job boards, employer websites, payment processors, forms, app stores, tools, platforms, or services.
We may also use third-party tools to operate the website, app, payments, forms, analytics, communication, service delivery, job applications, outreach, support, and client operations.
These may include tools such as Supabase, Lovable, Shopify, Stripe, Typeform, Resend, OneSignal, Google Workspace, Slack, SmartLead, Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, Close, ClickUp, Judge.me, Trustpilot, app stores, job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn, Gmail, and other tools.
Third-party platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, security rules, and operational practices.
WeAreCareer is not responsible for third-party websites, tools, outages, bugs, errors, policy changes, account restrictions, platform limitations, security checks, payment processor issues, app store rules, ATS errors, job board behavior, employer behavior, or service interruptions caused by third parties.
If you access or use third-party websites or tools, you do so at your own risk and should review their applicable terms and privacy policies.
17. Electronic Communications
By using the website, app, platform, forms, or services, you consent to receive communications from WeAreCareer electronically.

All WeAreCareer content, materials, tools, frameworks, templates, worksheets, guides, videos, course content, documents, software, app content, dashboards, designs, branding, trademarks, logos, processes, workflows, and training materials are owned by WeAreCareer or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use WeAreCareer materials only for your own authorized use, career development, job search, service participation, or internal business purpose where applicable.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, license, distribute, publish, upload, or share WeAreCareer materials
- Give access to friends, coworkers, online communities, competitors, or unauthorized third parties
- Use WeAreCareer materials to create competing products or services
- Use WeAreCareer systems, course content, templates, resources, or processes for competitor research
- Train AI systems or create derivative tools using non-public WeAreCareer materials
- Remove copyright, trademark, proprietary, or attribution notices
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce app features, workflows, systems, or service processes
Publicly available website content may be shared only in a lawful and reasonable manner that does not misrepresent ownership, copy our business, violate intellectual property rights, or misuse our brand.
WeAreCareer reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
20. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices
WeAreCareer respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
We may remove content or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
If you believe content available through our website, app, or platform infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to WeAreCareer with the following information:

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistak misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in New York
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice
We may restore removed content where appropriate and legally permitted.
21. Testimonials, Reviews, and Case Studies
WeAreCareer may collect or publish reviews, testimonials, case studies, screenshots of wins, interview results, salary outcomes, or other success-related materials.
Identifiable testimonials, case studies, salary outcomes, LinkedIn profiles, full names, screenshots, or public success stories require consent.
We may use first name and last initial where the client consents.
We may use anonymized examples for internal training, quality assurance, education, marketing, or general illustration, provided the client is not reasonably identifiable.
Resume or LinkedIn examples used publicly are anonymized unless the client gives express permission.
22. AI-Assisted and Software Tools
WeAreCareer may use software tools and AI-assisted tools for limited internal operational support, quality assurance, research, workflow assistance, summarization, drafting support, and service administration.
Core client-facing resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile work is reviewed and delivered by human team members.
We may use third-party tools to support service delivery, internal operations, app functionality, customer communication, payment processing, analytics, and workflow management.
23. App Store Terms
If you access the WeAreCareer App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, additional app store terms may apply.
Apple, Google, and other app store providers are not responsible for WeAreCareer services, career outcomes, payments, support, content, or service delivery.
Mobile app availability may depend on your device, operating system, app store availability, app updates, third-party infrastructure, and technical requirements.
You agree to comply with applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, and device platform rules.
24. Warranty Disclaimer
The website, app, platform, content, resources, tools, and services are provided to the maximum extent permitted by law on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
WeAreCareer does not warrant that:
- The website or app will always be available
- The app will be error-free
- Notifications will always be delivered
- Third-party tools will work without interruption
- Employers will respond
- Job boards will remain available
- Job applications will remain editable
- ATS systems will process applications correctly
- Content will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation
- Any specific career result will occur
- Any specific employer, salary, offer, timeline, or outcome will be achieved
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeAreCareer disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy, availability, reliability, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeAreCareer and its owners, managers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for:
- Lost income
- Lost jobs
- Lost opportunities
- Lost profits
- Lost data
- Emotional distress
- Reputational harm
- Employer decisions
- Recruiter decisions
- Job board behavior
- ATS behavior
- Third-party outages
- Platform restrictions
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeAreCareer’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the user or client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Post-offer fees, financing fees, payment processor fees, taxes, third-party costs, chargeback fees, legal fees, and collection costs are excluded from any liability calculation unless required by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
26. Release
If you have a dispute with another user, employer, recruiter, job board, third-party platform, payment provider, app store, or other third party, you release WeAreCareer and its owners, managers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to that dispute, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
27. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeAreCareer, its owners, managers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the website, app, platform, services, or materials
- Your violation of these Terms of Use
- Your violation of the Terms of Service
- Your violation of any signed agreement
- Your false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or unethical information
- Your violation of third-party rights

- Your bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes

28. Suspension and Termination

- Violate the Terms of Service
- Violate a signed agreement
- Fail to pay amounts owed
- Harass or abuse team members
- Misuse resources or app features
- Share account access
- Attempt to avoid fees
- File bad-faith chargebacks
- Submit false or misleading information
- Create security, legal, or operational risk
- Use the platform for competitor research or copying
- Violate applicable laws or third-party platform rules
Termination or suspension does not remove unpaid payment obligations, post-offer fee obligations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property restrictions, dispute obligations, indemnity obligations, or provisions intended to survive termination.
29. Changes to the Website, App, and Services
WeAreCareer may update, modify, improve, replace, suspend, discontinue, or remove parts of the website, app, platform, services, content, features, dashboards, resources, or tools at any time.
We may also migrate content, resources, course materials, files, or app functionality to another platform without breaching these Terms of Use.
WeAreCareer is not liable for changes, interruptions, limitations, migrations, or discontinuation of features, except where otherwise required by law or a signed agreement.

32. One-Year Claim Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the website, app, platform, content, or services must be brought within one year after the claim arises.
If not brought within that period, the claim is permanently barred.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
