ACWA Power, a large multinational power generation and infrastructure company headquartered in Saudi Arabia, partnered with WeAreCareer to support employees through structured career transition and outplacement services during periods of organizational change. With a large and globally distributed workforce, the company required a scalable partner capable of combining personalized career support with modern technology-enabled systems.

Solution and Approach
WeAreCareer implemented a technology-enabled outplacement solution designed to support participants through every stage of their career transition. Employees received personalized one-on-one career coaching focused on job search strategy, interview preparation, career planning, and confidence rebuilding throughout the transition period.

Our team additionally provided professionally optimized resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and career branding support tailored to each participant’s target role niche and experience level. Through the WeAreCareer software portal, employees gained access to live support, digital career resources, structured learning materials, and ongoing communication with their assigned coaches.

To improve visibility and reporting for leadership teams, WeAreCareer also provided dashboard-level insights and engagement tracking, allowing ACWA Power stakeholders to monitor participation rates, resource engagement, and overall progress across the outplacement program.
